1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation 24 Hours or Less Before the Activity:
Unfortunately, if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled activity, your payment will be non-refundable. - Cancellation Between 24 and 48 Hours Before the Activity:
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. - Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before the Activity:
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid.
